I ordered a mattress cover, which was guaranteed to be delivered to my bed, but it wasn't, and they didn't offer me a six-day delivery until the next day. They were supposed to pick it up from a store in 40 minutes, so I called them to stock up for a few weeks. I could have picked them up in 3 days but they didn't offer delivery within 6 days, they had to call me.
